《汉字演变五百例续编(英文版)》由李乐毅编著。 In 1992, the book entitled Tracing the Roots of Chinese Characters : 500 Cases, written and sketched by Professor Li Leyi, was published by the Press and in the following year it was trans-lated into the versions of English, French and German. Presenting not only a vivid delineation of both graphs and words but also a method of making profound ideas into simple terms, the book tried every effort to make the characters research more visualized and popularized, hence, it received a warm welcome from the readers domestic and abroad.
