《中国科学技术指标(2010)(英文版)》编著者中华人民共和国科学技术部。

本书是科学技术部两年一度发布的“中国科学技术指标”系列报告第10号，即科学技术黄皮书第10号。本报告主要依据科技统计数据及柑关的经济、社会统计数据，系统地分析了“十一五”以来，尤其是2008年和2009年，我国科技人力资源，研究与发展经费。科技活动产出，主要执行部门(政府研究机构、高等学校、企业)的科技活动，高技术产业。公民科学技术的了解与态度，地区科技发展的总体规模、结构分布等本小情况，反映了我国科技活动的主要特征。
