The layout of a letter is the arrangemet of its parts according to a common format or letter style.Most organizations adopt a standard format which is used throughout the organization to contribute to an attractive and uniform image.Nowadays,the prevailing formats adopted in the business circle are grouped into three styles:Full-Block Style,Semi-Block Style and Modified-Block Style as illustrated in Figure 1,Figure 2 and Figure 3.
