韩亚力、孙杰、侯桂花等主编的《日本战犯的再生之地：中国抚顺战犯管理所（英文版）》共分五个部分：历史的一幕、人道和宽待、人性的复苏、正义的审判和归国活动。该书记述了“二战”之后曾经关押在抚顺战犯管理所的日本战犯在这里接受改造，在思想认识上逐渐发生转变的过程。

The Fushun War Criminals Management Center is a special prison located in Fushun City, Liaoning Province of China. It attracted the attention of the world because 982 Japanese war criminals were once locked up here during World War II. Here a gang of aggressors who once committed unpardonable crimes against the Chinese people were given lenient treatment and humanitarian help by the Chinese people,they were transformed into pacifists. And they have become friends of the Chinese people.
