ILR-SUD2008旨在为世界前沿的科研团队在基于指示器技术的土地复垦的研究进展、前沿技术、关键问题等方面的相互交流提供高水平的国际论坛，从而促进土地复垦的可持续发展，减少土地复垦过程对环境和健康的危害，提高资源回收率，降低资源消耗。

本书为该会议论文集。

第一届基于指示器技术的土地复垦及其可持续发展国际应用研讨会于2008年10月20日至21日在北京召开。主办单位为中国农业大学（CAU），科里特科技大学（TUC），以及国土资源部土地整理中心（LCRC）。ILR-SUD2008旨在为世界前沿的科研团队在基于指示器技术的土地复垦的研究进展、前沿技术、关键问题等方面的相互交流提供高水平的国际论坛，从而促进土地复垦的可持续发展，减少土地复垦过程对环境和健康的危害，提高资源回收率，降低资源消耗。

主题涉及环境恢复、社会经济、技术、能源、健康和安全等指示器技术的发展等。
