这本《法律英语教程(附光盘第2版)》由齐筠主编，在前一版的基础上对内容进行了必要调整。秉承本书初版的编写原则，在强调语言技能训练的前提下，兼顾专业英语语言特点及学习者的特点和需要，力求课文内容更加丰富，更加突出知识性和系统性。同时考虑到语言教材的特点和课时限制，对初版中的一些课文进行了更换或删节，使主题更突出，内容更紧凑，结构更系统。
