中国中西医结合学会受中国科协委托，组织编写《2006—2007中西医结合医学学科发展报告》。中西医结合是我国医药卫生事业的重要组成部分，受到党和政府的重视，经过全国广大中西医结合科技工作者的不懈努力，中西医结合在科研、医疗、教育、基地建设管理等方面都取得了长足的进展和令人瞩目的成就。本报告总结了进入21世纪以来中西医结合儿科、妇产科、耳鼻咽喉科、男科、泌尿外科、骨伤科、眼科、普通外科、神经科、精神科、心血管病、糖尿病、风湿病、皮肤性病、血液病、肝病、呼吸病、周围血管疾病、肾病、消化病、老年病、肿瘤、急救、康复、活血化瘀、基础理论、实验研究、中药学、医学美容、诊断、影像、医院管理等专业的成就和进展。
