赵白鸽，第十二届全国人大常委会委员、外事委员会副主任委员，蓝迪国际智库专家委员会主席。毕业于英国剑桥大学，获生物医学博士学位。曾任国家人口计生委党组副书记、副主任，中国红十字会党组书记、常务副会长，红十字会与红新月会国际联合会副主席，亚洲议会大会经济委员会主席等职务。赵白鸽博士长期致力于人类命运共同体理念和“一带一路”倡议的有效实施，积极向党中央、国务院建言献策，组建了由国内外政府、智库、企业、媒体等共同组成的新型应用型平台型智库，为推动全球发展安全文明三大倡议、共商共建共享三大原则及数字化智能化绿色化三大方向的深入落实发挥了积极作用。
黄奇帆，研究员、蓝迪国际智库专家委员会联合主席、原重庆市市长。著有《结构性改革—中国经济的问题与对策》《分析与思考—黄奇帆的复旦经济课》《谈浦东开发的战略、政策及其管理》等著作。对资本市场、金融市场、房地产市场、数字经济、城市发展、产业结构转型升级、支柱产业集群化发展、城乡地票制度、国际贸易格局等方面有深入的研究，对经济体系的运行机制和政府经济管理具有深入的理论思考和丰富的实践经验。
